Living Rooms

There are two spacious and open living areas. The “sun room” has two large sofas and a large leather chair and ottoman. The faces east and is awesome spot to catch the sunrise while your coffee is brewing. Enjoy views of the Intracoastal Waterway through the 4 huge sliding windows. The view from the “sunroom” is breathtaking. Bottlenose dolphins swim past the house often and even a manatee or two during the peak of the summer. The “sunroom” is probably the best spot in the house to relax and read a book.

TV area is just inside the front door and shares a space with the dining table. A smaller couch and “lazy chair” complement the TV area. Enjoy the game or your favorite movie on the 50″ flat screen Vizio smart TV. The dinner table comfortably seats 10.
